In modern automotive, aerospace, and precision machining sectors, component cleanliness (Millipore value) is critical, requiring parts to be securely held during high-pressure spray washing, ultrasonic cavitation, and hot air drying.

Utilizing our in-house manufacturing setup comprising Lathe Machines, M1TR Milling, Bench Grinders, and CO2 & Argon (TIG) Welding stations, we manufacture bespoke stainless steel (SS 304, SS 316) and mild steel trays with specialized component locators.

Our trays guarantee optimal liquid draining, 360° spray penetration, zero component-to-component collision, and high chemical/thermal endurance against alkaline degreasers and 120°C drying temperatures.
